Your Shipping Choices
We want to make your life a little easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly.

For in-stock items that don't need sizing or personalization:
Orders placed and payment approved by 2:00 PM Monday - Friday ET will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on Saturday, Sundays or holidays will ship no later than the next business day pending payment approval.
Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Additional time will be required for orders requiring ring sizing, special orders, personalized items and Design-A-Ring orders. This additional time is reflected in the Estimated Arrival date on the individual product information pages, in the shopping bag and throughout the checkout process.

Tracking Your Order
We'll send you an email - and a text if you choose that option - with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. The number can also be found on the Order Status page on You can also use the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Estimated Arrival Date
We've calculated the estimated arrival date for your purchase. The Estimated Arrival Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.

However, there are some factors that may cause your estimated arrival date to change:

Delays in credit approval/Bank Wire Transfer
Weather delays
Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)

The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

Additional time needed for ring sizing
The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items
Items shipping from different locations on different days*
Shipping method you selected in checkout**

*All merchandise orders may ship from different locations on different days.

**The Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Selecting alternate shipping methods may change the Estimated Arrival Date. You may also have multiple Estimated Arrival Dates within one order or several items.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item to Pristine Regal Jewelers store for up to 30 days after purchase.* We can handle a return at but exchanges must be done at one of our stores.

Watches not special-ordered and accessories can be returned if they're unworn or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty information to a pristine regal jeweler store or Again, exchanges can only be done at a pristine regal jeweler.
You can't return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, class rings, special-ordered watches or any personalized engraved merchandise.

Preparing Your Return By Mail
To return a shipped item to, please follow these steps (they're also on your packing slip).

Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
