Pricing & Payments

Orders & Order Acceptance

Ring Builder (Settings + Diamonds)
Our Ring Builder enables clients to select:
a ring setting and
a diamond (natural or lab-grown)
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
Ring Settings are sold as Setting Only items.
Diamonds are sold as individual items.
Both items may appear separately in your cart and order summary.
If you need assistance matching a setting and diamond, contact concierge.
Availability
Product availability may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options, which may include substitution (with approval), store credit, or a refund.
Shipping & Delivery

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply and are typically the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges

Certain items may be final sale, including (but not limited to):
custom / made-to-order items
engraved items
bullion products (gold bars)
items showing wear or damage after delivery
certified/serialized items where returns are restricted except for verified issues
Bullion & Investment Products (Gold Bars)
Bullion products may be subject to:
market price fluctuations
stricter return limitations
packaging/condition requirements
Where items are listed as secondary market, minor cosmetic wear may be present. This does not affect metal content.
Authenticity & Documentation
Where applicable, items may include certification or documentation (e.g., recognized diamond reports, assay cards, serial references). Documentation availability is stated on the product listing or confirmed by concierge.
Warranty, Repairs & Care
We stand behind the quality of our items. If you experience an issue:
contact us with your order number and supporting photos
we will advise the best resolution (repair, exchange, or other remedy), subject to assessment
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or third-party modifications are not covered.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
