Returns & Exchanges

At Pristine Regal Jewelers, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible items—subject to the conditions below.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To begin, contact our concierge with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange

  • a brief reason (optional, but helpful)


Return Eligibility (Must Meet These Conditions)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • returned in original packaging (including any certificates/cards where applicable)

  • free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear beyond what was received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items (Important)

For authenticity and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Custom / made-to-order pieces (including custom requests)

  • Engraved items

  • Ring settings made to a selected size (if sized/altered specifically for you)

  • Loose diamonds and gemstones that are certified/serialized once delivered, unless damaged or incorrect

  • Gold bars / bullion products (investment items)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact our concierge before purchase.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange:

  • we can help you select an alternative item (where available)

  • price differences may apply

  • exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • include clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

We will arrange the best resolution: replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing times depend on your bank/payment provider

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping & Insurance

Return shipping:

  • is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

  • should be sent using tracked and insured delivery for high-value items

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without tracking/insurance.
