How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add your item to cart, and complete checkout. For ring settings and diamonds, you may also use our Ring Builder flow.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure checkout payments including Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer (as available at checkout).

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched or moved into production, we may be able to assist. Contact concierge as soon as possible with your order number.

How does the Ring Builder work?
  1. Choose your ring setting (metal + setting profile/carat weight)

  2. Select your diamond (filter by shape, carat, color, clarity, cut)

  3. Both items are added to your cart to complete checkout.

Are ring setting prices “setting only”?

Yes. Our ring settings are listed as (Setting Only) unless otherwise stated. You will pair your setting with a diamond during the build.

What ring sizes do you offer?

We support standard US ring sizes (typically 4–10). Availability can vary by setting style.

Can you help me choose the right setting?

Absolutely. Our concierge can recommend settings based on your diamond shape, lifestyle, and budget.

Do you sell both natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. We offer natural and lab-grown diamonds, clearly labeled on each product page.

Are your diamonds certified?

Many diamonds are accompanied by recognized lab documentation (e.g., GIA / IGI, where available). Certification details are shown on the product page.

Can I reserve a diamond?

If a diamond is available, we recommend purchasing promptly. For special cases, contact concierge.

Can diamonds be returned?

Because diamonds are unique and often certified/serialized, returns may be restricted except in cases of damage, incorrect items, or verified issues. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping depends on destination and carrier availability. International orders may be subject to duties/taxes.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated timeframes:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Are duties and taxes included?

International duties/taxes are usually charged by local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items, subject to conditions.

What items are not eligible for return?

Custom/made-to-order items, engraved pieces, certain high-value items (including bullion), and items showing wear may be non-returnable. Please refer to the full policy.
